Agile & Lean Catalyst and enthusiast of user-centered design. Following the path of Kaizen, she supports Scrum Teams and runs workshops (such as Service Design or Design Thinking) currently for the clients of Cybercom. She gained Scrum Master experience during Agile transformation of mBank.

In addition to Lean/Agile and Human Centered Design, she is also interested in Management 3.0 and Sociocracy 3.0. After work, she plays volleyball in FightŁapy team and supports PAH in the activities related to Global Education.
